･下味しっかりなので、焦がし注意！
･45分のスピード勝負なので注意！(普通の人は満腹まで食べれる)
･並ぶタイミングによっては、食事と合わせて1時間を超えるので、ランチ休憩の際はご注意を！

個人的にはレバーはプリっと甘みがあって、ハツは塩コショウが効いていて食感を楽しめるので、
その辺のへたな焼肉屋さんよりよっぽど美味しく食べれて好きでした！！
