I made a reservation and went there. I made a reservation at 5pm. Even after 5pm, they were still preparing and I couldn't enter, why? I waited for about 15 minutes and the restaurant finally opened. I rushed into the restaurant with other customers^ ^ First, I ordered a large draft beer, liver, lean Steak and kimchi, and then glasses and gopchang. There aren't many large draft beers these days, so they also have something even bigger called Ottokomae^ ^ I started with the limited edition liver. It was wrapped in net fat and took a while to cook. This liver was very delicious and melt-in-your-mouth^ ^ It was my first experience of melting liver♪ Next, I grilled the lean Steak. It was very soft and delicious! Next was the part called megane, which had a good bite and was quite delicious. I then went on to gopchang. The best part of the day was this gopchang! The fat was sweet and soft, and I ate a lot and the beer went down well!! It's about time for the salted tongue. It's thinly sliced so it can be grilled quickly, and it's also very soft^ ^ The tail is a bit sinewy, but if you have strong teeth, it should be fine. We tried skirt steak and loin towards the end. All the meats were strongly seasoned, so they went well with beer and rice, but towards the end it was a bit heavy. It felt like the sauce was bringing out the flavor of the meat. We ate our fill and drank lots of beer, and it cost 13,000 yen for two people. The two hours flew by (there is a two-hour limit). You can also enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) by yourself, so it seems like a good option. Thank you for the meal♪ See you next time ^ ^
