前から気になっていたこちらのお店
赤羽で飲んでいる時に、たまたまいらっしゃった方からもお薦めしていただいたこちら
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で ゆっくりと過ごせそう
瓶ビールを頂きながら 先ずは 名物とのことで しゅうまいを注文
これが とてつもなく 美味しい
うーん いろんなところでしゅうまいを頂きましたが
私的には ほぼトップクラス！！
スナックエンドウとキクラゲの白和えも抜群のお味
エンドウのサクサク感とキクラゲのコリコリ感、そして全体を いー感じで豆腐ペーストがまとめてくれている
美味しいですね
赤羽の中でも とても レベルの高い料理が食べられるお店だと思いました
