お店があるのは前々から知っていました
以前よく通っていたお店の店長兼料理長が
やっているお店
外を通るがいつも満席な感じで
入店をためらっていました
この日は 少し空きがありそうだったので
訪ねてみました
店長は変わらず男前で元気
夕食も近かったので
この日は ビールとお通しだけ
お通しだけで 店長の変わらぬ腕の良さとアイデアが
感じられる！
さすがです。
以前のお店には 毎週の様に通い
いつも新しい料理を頂いていました
赤羽の中でも 数本の指に入る腕ではないかと
褒めすぎかな 笑
また 伺わせて頂きます
