とろ～っとした部分と、サクっとした部分を同時に楽しめるのが嬉しい
醤油が効いた、優しいダシの味わいです♪

選んだのは、「トマトモツ煮込み（450円）」
テーブルに置かれた瞬間、トマトの甘酸っぱい風味が広がります
味噌をベースにしたスープと、柔らかなモツ。
トマトの酸味が、全体の味わいをキュッと引き締めてくれています◎
粉チーズもかかっていて、THE・洋風な煮込みです♪
トマトの甘さがふんだんに出ていて、色々なお酒に合いそう！！
次はもっとたくさんの料理を食べたいな…
