移動途中でランチを、という事でいろいろ検討。
体調もイマイチなので、野菜多めのヘルシーなものが良いな、という事で、滅多に来ない赤羽で途中下車してこちらのお店を訪問（初）。
地図が無けりゃ辿り着けないかもしれない立地の地下の店舗。
店員さんはもちろん（多分）ベトナムの人。
注文は「フーティウセット（980円）」。
メインのフーティウに生春巻きと揚げ春巻き、デザートがセットになっています。
６、7分ほどで配膳。
まずはスープを。ベトナム料理特有の優しい味のスープ。好みでニョクマムと辛味増しの調味料を加えていただきます。
麺は米から作られたコシのあるフーティウ。フォーも好きですが、こちらのモニョモニョした感じも好きです。
トッピングはウズラの卵、エビ、チャーシュー、パクチーと野菜が少し。もう少し野菜が多い方が嬉しかったなあ。
生春巻きと揚げ春巻きも、セットのサイドとしては充分。
デザートもついて1,000円でお釣りは嬉しいですねぇ。
入店から退店まで25分弱。
サクッといただいて次の目的地へ向かうのでした。
