``Momoyaki with bone'' is a perfect dish to enjoy the charm of our restaurant. Unlike regular Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), the chicken is grilled on a grill over charcoal, which removes excess fat and locks in the flavor through the synergistic effect of the direct flame and far infrared rays.
