Akabane Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Ushishi is an authorized retailer of ``Yukifuri Wagyu Obanazawa'' from Yamagata Prefecture, which is rarely available in Japan. Obanazawa City is a famous snow spot that is counted as one of the top three snow spots in Japan. The temperature difference between summer and winter is about 50 degrees. This difference in temperature allows cows to develop natural fat (marble). The Snowy Wagyu Beef Obanazawa has spent over two years in this town, and in order to overcome this harsh environment, the cows themselves acquire the finest fat "naturally". The fat is concentrated in flavor and melts in your mouth like powdered snow.
