Counseling about your companion's worries
A lackluster companion. I want to encourage you, but I can't find the words. At times like this, I have no choice but to drink! So, I visited this store, which is my recent favorite. First, I ordered Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), but I forgot to take the most important photo. I had vegetable Tempura and enjoyed a delicious meal with maki rolls as snacks. Thank you as always.
気の許せる仲間と献杯２件目
今日は午前に集合して青山霊園に連れのお墓参り。
早くして亡くなった連れは四回忌？五回忌？になる。
毎年欠かさず行っているが、今年はすごく１月にしては温かい気温。
墓の前でスーパードライで献杯し、赤羽に移動して先ずはせんべろで喉を潤わせ、２件目に最近よく利用させてもらっている、こちらはじっこ離れ 真ん中さんへ傾れ込む。
もつ鍋が旨いのでまずは2人前を注文。
付け出しは烏賊出汁が染み込んだ煮物ともやし。
玉子焼きも職人ならではの味で、甘くもなく塩っぱくもなく、良い出汁で仕上がってます。
追加で豚のジャーキーみたいなのを頼む。これが意外に香ばしくて美味い！
もつ鍋は新鮮でゴツゴツしたモツがたんまり入っていて、本当に絶品な一品です。この後に雑炊にしたけど、写真撮り忘れてました(-｡-;
いやぁ〜良い店に出会ったと感謝しながら〆のラーメンに移動です
仕事納め前日の夜に
明日で仕事納めです。
その後は実家に行ったりするので、食材は買えないなぁとコチラへ再訪。
相変わらず活気があって良いですね。
結構カウンターで一人で飲んでいる人多いですね(^^)
今日はもつ鍋とサバ味噌、オクラの浅漬け、兜焼きを注文。
もうこれだけで大満足のディナー。
もつは結構大きめで脂身とコリコリが絶妙なので、噛めば噛むほど味が出てきて絶品です。新鮮なもつを使っている事間違いなし(^^)
挙句に雑炊もしてくれ至れり尽くせりです。
サバ味噌は甘いだけでなく、ちょっと深い味付けです。
生姜も効き過ぎておらず良い感じ。
兜焼きは何の魚だったんだろう…効き忘れたけど、連れが目玉も食べていて美味しいって(^^)ゼラチン有りのプルプル。
オクラの浅漬けって美味いんですね！適度な歯応えと浸かり具合が最高でした。
いや〜良いお店見つけたなぁ(*⁰▿⁰*)
さぁ明日今年ラストの仕事頑張ろう！

I recently found out about this store, and it's very affordable and useful. The offal is fresh and plump, and the grilled starburst in foil is also the best! Once I started eating here, I couldn't get enough anywhere else. We offer all-you-can-drink options ranging from beer to sake, so everyone who comes is sure to be satisfied! The only thing I'm concerned about is that smoking is allowed, so people who don't like smoking might not like it... Thank you for your meal today♬
