大阪西成みたいなディープで一見オッカナイがお節介な位、親切で温かい非常に人間味の溢れた街にあるお店。
ビルとビルの隙間にある小さな大衆居酒屋。
昔ながらのコの字カウンター。
なかなか素敵な味のある雰囲気さね。
殆どが地元の常連さん、馴染みの客やと思う。
どんな大将が切り盛りしてるのか？
カウンター内には若い兄ちゃん。
auの鬼みたいな金髪のチャラい感じの兄ちゃん。
ん？バイト？
嫌々、この兄ちゃんが大将みたいやとね。
しかし。
侮ることなかれ！この大将、見た目とは裏腹に見惚れる位、素晴らしい包丁捌きと手際の良さ。
その調理する姿を見ながら、料理が出て来るのがワクワクして仕方ないとさね。
肝心な味は文句ナシ。美味いね。
きんぴら、玉ねぎフライ、モツ煮込みを頼んだがどれも美味い。
きんぴらは大振りに切り込まれゴリゴリ歯応えが残る食感が良いね。
玉ねぎフライは分厚く切られた玉ねぎがサクサクな衣で卓上のソースをたっぷりと。
そして何よりアテが安い！
特にモツ煮込み。
串に刺してあるタイプで４種類。

大将も元気よく愛想良い。けど初対面の方は苦手なのか？僕が話しかけにくいタイプだったのか？
一人ゆっくり呑みたい気分だったので話しかけられず良かったけど。
夕方、帰宅時間になると馴染みの客がチラホラ。満席になりそうな勢い。
新参者はおいとましたとさね。
こんなお店、ずっと続いて貰いたいとさね。
