三ノ輪からすぐ
分かりにくい路地の中、
藍の暖簾に赤提灯、今にも崩れそうなモルタル造の渋すぎる外観、
ひとりだったら入るのに躊躇するよコレは(笑)
コの字型の10席ほどのカウンター、15時前後のオープン直後？だというのに
常連でほぼ満席だ、カウンターの中でキビキビ動くご主人がやけにカッコイイ。
こちらの名物は１本５０円の煮込み。
大鍋に入って煮込まれているそれは、
ハチノス・フワ・シロ・ナンコツの4種類。
あまりに安いのでひと通り注文
鍋がやたら真っ黒なのですんごい濃いのかと思ったけれど
食べてみると見た目ほどマイルドというか甘めで（いや、といっても濃いけど）
何本でもいけちゃう系、キンキンに冷えたビールがすすむわ。
なんこつは柔らかくてイイですね
壁に掛かったメニューにはお刺身からフライ系などなんでも、
多分言えばなんでも作ってくれそうだな。
最初入りにくいと思ったけど
入ってしまえば常連さんと店主さんが醸し出すこの一体感
なんか楽しい。
