下町で落ち着いた雰囲気で本格和食を
町屋で店を構えて20年。 |
町屋で乙な店を探していて、一度下見に訪れたところ惚れ込んでしまった店。
ちょっと時間がかかってからの投稿です。
駅から7分ほど東に歩いたところのビルの二階にあります。
入口にメニューが掲示されていましたが、旬のものとか和食で色々揃っていながら、割とリーズナブルなお店で、下見ということもあり気軽に入ってみました。
いらっしゃいませと厨房の板さんに元気よく迎えられます。気持ちのいいもんです。
店内は飴色の木調でゆったりしています。大テーブル、中テーブルや小上がり、カウンターもありました。
土曜日夕方6時頃訪問し先客は2組のご家族連れ。いやはや荒川の民は都内随一のグルメと僕は疑わない。
店員さんは割烹着の男性数人にフロアの女性2人。大変親切で安心でした。
中間になっていささか間が悪いですが、
この店の大満足の内容で圧倒されてしまいました。
いうなれば、僕の財布で出会えるおそらく最高の和食です。
カブのもろみ味噌。カブが立ってきた造形には驚きました。(照れました)
マグロ赤身の三つ葉和え。見事な瑞々しい新緑の色合いに新鮮極まりない赤身。
後日の会食会場に即決定でございました！
