下町で落ち着いた雰囲気で本格和食を
町屋で店を構えて20年。 |
町屋の季節料理市川でおにぎりセットをテイクアウトしてきました。
おかか、鮭、梅干し、明太子の中から二つ選ぶとその場で握ってくれます。
今回は鮭とおかかにしました。
おかずは唐揚げと煮物で、唐揚げも同時に揚げるので数分待ちます。
炊き立てご飯のおにぎりはホカホカ。
海苔がしっとり馴染み、ちょうど良い塩加減にたっぷりの具を楽しめます。
下味がしっかりした唐揚げも衣サクサク。
ジューシーな鶏モモが良いですねー。
そしてなんと言ってもこの煮物。
昔食べたおばあちゃんの味というか、これぞ日本の味という感じ。
基本的なセットをここまで完璧にされると、期待値上がりますねー。
緊急事態宣言が明けるのを見越してテイクアウトは本日までとのこと。
