車山で産声をあげた「蕎麦 如月」はこの度「手打ち 如月 徳」として東京都荒川区に移転し、7月より新店をオープンします。 |
11時30分開店、11時35分頃入店したら既に先客が4組 (*˙꒫˙* )
二名掛けテーブル席×5、4名掛け×1、あとはカウンター席です。
私達は二名でテーブル席へ。
平日だったらお得なセットがあったみたいなんですが、この日は祝日のためなし。シンプルに以下を注文しました(^^)
■ざる蕎麦 850円
たまたまタイミングの問題かも知れませんが、注文から提供まで40分かかりました^^;
タイミングとはいえ、ちょっとないかな。
蕎麦は細めでキリッとしめられていて喉越しもとってもよく美味しかったです( ^-^ )b
ボリュームも蕎麦だけでは少ないのでやはりセットメニューをいただきたかったです。
そばつゆは 濃いタイプなので蕎麦を半分位付けてたのしみました(^^)
〆はそば湯です！
そのまま飲むのが好きなので空いたお皿に少しずつ注いで飲みます！
最後の下にたまったドロッとした所が大好きです〰️葛湯みたいでめっちゃ美味かったです
