ご一緒した友達の実家｢田中漆器店｣で"漆の蕎麦せいろ "をオーダーされて納品されたとの事でその"せいろ"を愛でながら～新蕎麦を食べる
せいろは新蕎麦と秋旬の創作そばの柚切りのダブル盛り
柚切りは香りも色もほんのり秋がお口のなかで広がった
おかわりせいろは新蕎麦と田舎そば
私実は田舎そばが大好きだから出てきて
めっちゃテンション上がった
そば粉は国産で北海道・群馬・茨城といった
各地のそば農家さんからお取り寄せ～
手打ちそばの加水は50％前後で素材・打ち方にこだわり香りと喉越しに優れた「 外二（そとに）」のそば
こだわりのお蕎麦は美味しくていくらでも食べれちゃう
