..., black and white, to suit your taste, and is a light Ramen shop that allows you to savor your ramen until the very end. At first, you may feel that the hot soup is not satisfying. However, as the temperature of the soup, which has been painstakingly made, changes, the richness and flavor that were hidden in the hot soup, which dulls your sense of taste, will emerge. The noodles are made with wheat flour, which emphasizes that they do not easily become stretchy. The black dashi, an animal-based soup, is accented with ginger, and the white dashi, a double soup, is accented with yuzu. In a bright shop with a view of the streetcars, full of downtown atmosphere, you can enjoy carefully selected flavors such as meat and shrimp wontons and two types of smoked pork and chicken char siu.
