弁慶さんを出で駅に向かいました
駅の直ぐそばにあるお店が"ごっつり"さんです
久しぶりに十和田ばらやきを食べようかなと思ったからです
入店してカウンター席に案内されました
最初にお通しメニューの中から「塩もつ煮こみ」(200円)にしました
それに「瓶ビール」(580円)と「100円刺身」と「レバーのたたき」(380円)を追加しました
「瓶ビール」に続いて「塩もつ煮こみ」が運ばれてきました
見てびっくり、予想していたものとはまるで違ったからでした
澄んだ汁の中にモツや野菜が入っていました
もつには臭みは全く感じません
野菜は柔らかです
どうやって作ったのだろうと考えさせてくれる楽しい一品でした
次に「お刺身」が運ばれてきました
タレが掛かっていたのでそのまま頂きました
えっなんと醤油に胡麻油が掛かっていました
しかも鮪に合います
美味しいです
そして「レバーのたたき」が運ばれてきました
価格からの予想したものより2倍近く大きいです
某店並みとは言いませんがかなりＣＰが良いです
食べてみても臭みが無くて美味しいです
ここで本命の「十和田ばらやき」(480円)を追加しました
ところが玉ネギ多め胡椒多めで
好きな味とは少し違いました
この点だけが残念でした
