今日のお昼は青森にこだわった【刺身】【料理】【名物】を楽しめる南千住駅前の話題スポット！
「ごっつり」さんへ来ました！
南千住駅西口出たら目の前！近い！
１１時半オープンという昼呑み好きにはたまらないですね。
オープンして間も無くゾロゾロとお客さんが入ってきた。お昼の定食を食べに来ているみたいだ。
昼から呑んでるのは俺だけか！w
魚介類は青森県八戸港からの直送品、鶏肉は青森県五戸町の村越ファームから直送される青森シャモロック、その他青森で生産されている旬な肉、野菜、地酒なども問屋を通さないルートで仕入れているそう。
さてさて、早速飲み物を頼みましょう。ホッピーを頼みますか！
ホッピーの中の量が半端ない！すごい量！これは酔いますね。
ツマミをいくつか頼んでみよう。
ホヤの刺身を頼みたかったが入荷は8月との事。残念！今回は見送り。
■イカの刺身を頂く。青森直送だけあってか噛みごたえもっちり。旨い！
■八戸前沖鯖、2種盛り。
１、シメサバ ２、炙りさば ３、漬けサバ ４、サバ燻製から選べる。
今回は炙りと燻製。
とても新鮮。燻製はハマりました。
■焼きさばトロロ
これは小さい器に盛られてきましたが名品ですね！
サバとトロロのマリアージュ、とても旨い。
■ホッピー2杯目、梅干サワー
■青森地酒「八仙」
軽やかな舌触り。甘い香りが口の中に広がる。ファンタジーな味わい。
うまい。
■マグロぶつ
口の中でとろける～。
今度は夜に来て炭火焼きの串を食べてみたいと思います！
