■海鮮ダイニング永
昨年末町屋にオープンした海鮮ダイニング永でランチしてきました。
市場で働いていたご主人がその日の仕入れでメニューを決めるので毎日日替わり。
この日はヒラメのフリッタータルタルソースがけ定食でした。
選べる二つの小鉢は五目煮とポテトサラダをチョイス。
味噌汁は海老の頭も入ったあら汁です。
フリッターが乗っているのは3枚に下ろしたヒラメの頭から尻尾の骨の部分を丸ごと揚げた骨せんべい！
インパクトありますね！
ふわふわのフリッターにはチキン南蛮のように甘酢だれとタルタルソースがたっぷり。
これはご飯が進みますねー。
この日だけしか食べられないというのがもったいない。
