宇豆基野さんは、なかなか予約取られへんから、系列の店で、コースを頂くことに。当日の電話で予約できました。3種類ある中の真ん中の9000円のコースです。
懐石コースで、5/5の端午の節句らしい、鯉のぼりの器に兜の折り紙でスタート。鮑のジュレ寄せ美味かった。
その後も季節を意識した美味しい食材で構成された食事を、最初はビール大瓶、冷酒と梅酒のソーダ割で頂きました。
シンプルな個室の掘り炬燵で、美しいだけの嫁とユックリ楽しめたのも良かった！
