上野の韻象亭さんの予約が取れず、姉妹店にお邪魔しました。
4000円のコースにしましたが、内容としては相応かな。
一つ一つ丁寧に作られていて春を感じる食材がよかったです。
撮り忘れましたが自家製の湯葉がとってもおいしい。
お食事の筍ごはんを小さな土鍋で炊いてくださりおかわりもぜひ、とのことでしたがお腹がいっぱい…そしたら持ち帰り用に包んでくださいました。嬉しい。
カウンター席のみしか空いてませんでしたが、雰囲気よくくつろげました。
