・平日のお昼に訪問
（お料理について）
・具材等は、牛すじ、こんにゃく、人参、大根、白髪ネギ、細ネギ、ご飯です。
・牛すじ（煮込み）とご飯は別々の味付け？という印象でした。
・牛すじ（煮込み）は醤油系、ご飯（白い部分はゼロ）はキムチ系？？？で味が違いました。
ご飯は味が少し濃いめですが、しょっぱい程ではないと思いました。
ご飯は、確かにピリ辛です（私は辛いのがあまり得意ではないので、まあまあの辛さに感じました）。
牛すじ（煮込み）だけだとそれほど辛くないかも？
・具材には味がしっかりしみていました。
・牛すじは少しぱさついているように感じました。
・結構ボリューム感があると思います（丼の直径は１８ｃｍくらい）。
・受け取ってから５〜１０分後くらいにいただきましたが、熱々でした。

・待っている最中に冷たいお茶をいただきました。
・他のお客さんが食べ終わる頃、その方の靴をお店の方が下駄箱から出していました。
気が利きますね。
・店頭のメニューには「ピリ辛」の文字がなく「牛すじ丼」のみだったので、
少々イメージと違いましたが、美味しくいただきました。
・次回は別のメニューを注文したいと思います。
