本日の第1ランチは足立区千住曙町にある
「お食事処魚善」さんにおじゃま。
こちらは牛田駅と京成関屋駅の狭間にあり
各駅から徒歩15秒程の駅近のお店です。
駐車場はありませんので、
コインパーキング利用となります。
墨堤通りに何ヶ所かパーキングありました。
魚善さんのランチメニューはこんな感じ
店内は
カウンターと座敷席。
前客2名でしたが、アレヨアレヨと
カウンター満席。
結構な人気ですが、あたくし以外は
常連さんの模様。
普通〜に隣でおじいちゃんがタバコを
吸い始めたりしますので、
嫌煙家の方はご用心。
あたくしは
「ちらし寿司」1,080円を発注。
カウンター内ではおばあちゃんが
黙々と調理をしております。
待つ事しばし、
「ちらし寿司」到着。

コレは中々賑やかな乗客達です。
この辺は「足立市場」が近い為か？
見た感じ鮮度も良さそうです。
食しますと、
やはり鮮度はよろしいようで、
中でも「マグロ」が美味い。
御飯は酢飯。
ちゃんと冷ましてありますが固め。
1,080円でこの魚の質、量の
ちらし寿司でしたらお得感あります。
是非ご賞味あれ。
しかし、
「海鮮丼」と「ちらし寿司」の違いって
なんですかね？
勝手に、
小さめのサイコロ状に切った具材を
丼にのせたのが
「ちらし寿司」
お刺身状のまま丼にのせたものが
「海鮮丼」と思ってましたが、
こちらの「ちらし寿司」は
あたくしの定義に当てはめると
「海鮮丼」になるワケで.......
明確な違いがあるんですかね？
