京成関屋駅と東武牛田駅の乗り替え時、丁度ランチタイムでしたので
こちらのお店に立ち寄ってみました。老舗感漂うお食事処のようです。
色褪せた暖簾をくぐってみると、店内は、昔ながらのお寿司屋さんの体。
女性のスタッフが、カウンター席へどうぞ！という事で、一番隅の席へ。
店内は、８割方埋まっていましたよ。人気店の様ですね。
付け場は空っぽで、暖簾の奥も調理場になってるようです。女性の声が
活発に聞こえてきます。お茶の提供時に、ちらし寿司をオーダーしました。
程なく、奥からかなりの年配大女将？が登場！付け場でチラシを作りだしてくれました。
どうやら、大女将と女性2人の合計3人オペの様でしたね。
チラシのネタは中とろが少し筋張っていましたが、それ以外は美味しかったです。
糠漬けも旨し。お椀も具沢山で食べ応えがありましたね。
昔ながらの老舗の雰囲気あって幹事の良いお店でしたね。ごちそうさまでした♪
