土曜日の散策、この日は普段はあまり足を運ばない北千住界隈を散策。何か目的があるわけではなくプラプラとするだけですが、夜は前日に食べログで検索、予約したこちらのお店に。
食べログでホホ肉のワイン煮の写真を見たときに、塊のお肉にマッシュポテトがとっても美味しそうに見えたので(^-^)
北千住を散策するのは初めてでしたが、美味しそうなお店が沢山あるのにびっくりしました。
予約の時間にお店に行くとほぼ満席。多分、予約が無いと難しい感じ。人気店であることがわかりました。
カウンターに案内されると、予約で伝えた名前が書かれたカードが置かれていました。
料理も美味しいそうなものが沢山あり、値段もかなりリーズナブルな感じ。どれにするか迷いに迷って選んだのが、
カルパッチョ
鶏白レバーのムース
砂肝と生ハムとクルミのサラダ
そしてお目当ての牛ホホ肉の赤ワイン煮。
ドリンクはこれまたオススメと言われて、なみなみのスパークリングワイン。
カルバッチは白身の魚とサーモン。サーモンは苦手なので普段はあまり食べないですが、このカルパッチョのサーモンは臭みもなく脂濃くなくて美味しかったです。特にプチトマトがすごく甘くてびっくり。
鶏白レバーのムースは少しハチミツがかかっており、その甘さがちょっとアクセントとコクを出している感じ。
サラダは砂肝にもう少し味やスパイスがついていると、もっと美味しかったかな。
メインのホホ肉の赤ワイン煮は、オススメだけあって、本当にほろほろと柔らかく、付け合わせのマッシュとよくあって美味しかったです。
ちょっとあと１品ということで、トロトロチーズのオムレツを追加でオーダー。これも人気の一品のようで、次々と焼かれて運ばれていくのを見て食べてみたくなりオーダーする事に。卵が高騰しているなか、きっとお店は大変だと思いますが、たくさんの卵がふわふわになったオムレツも、いう事無しでした。
これだけの味とコスパのお店はなかなかないと思います。
他にもまだ気になるメニューもあったので、チャンスをみてまた行きたいと思います。
