このところ低血糖気味だ。笑
にわかに、ちゃんとした洋食ランチを食べよう！と思い立ち、こちらへ。
選んだのはお魚ランチ。
カジキマグロだそうだ。ハーブ？スパイス？かほるソースがかかっている。
かみごたえのある一品。
ちょっと飲み込むのに時間がかかる。（食道再建したからさー）
前菜も毎回、野菜たっぷりで量もたっぷりボリューミーで楽しくなってしまう。
デザートはヨーグルトアイスとルバーブのテリーヌとか。
ルバーブとはタデ科ダイオウ属の多年草だそうで、ナトリウム、カリウム、カルシウム、マグネシウム、リン、鉄などのミネラルやタンパク質、脂質、炭水化物、食物繊維も含まれていて栄養満点みたい。
どちらもさっぱり爽やか系で、食後のデザートとしてぴったり。
お肉ランチの、鶏肉のパイ包も美味しそうだったな！
