友人を誘ってしっかり予約をして
伺いました。
店内はこじんまりしているけれど
カウンターの椅子のデザインが凝っていて
お洒落です。
お刺身の盛り合わせを
一人一人前ずつが決まりだそうです。
乾杯はクラフトビールから
始めました。
それから大吟醸日本酒スパークリング
ワイングラスでいただきながら
アラカルトを注文。
どれも美味しく、味付けが
濃いわけではないのにお酒に合う。
その一品一品の素材自体が
料理のアクセントになっているのを
感じました。
この繊細な味付けや
盛り付けは、日本に生まれて
良かったとしみじみ感じます
メニューには、
たっくさん日本酒の名前がズラッと
並んでいましたが、
酔いも良い感じに回ってきましたので
まだまだ日本酒初心者の私たちは
また絶対来ようと
固い約束を交わし
お店をあとにしました。
