牛骨ラーメンは初めてのはず…イメージは湧くものの、ちゃんとイメージできているのか確かめねば。
味玉しお拉麺をオーダー。
テーブルには一切の調味料が無い、味を変えてくれるな…と言う事か？こだわりを感じる。
客足も途絶える事が無く、店内はほぼ満席が続いてた。
オープンキッチン内では、静かに淡々と作業が進み丼が整っていく。
透き通ったスープには、牛の脂…豚骨のようなコクでは無く、上品な旨味の脂。想像以上で、他の拉麺にも期待が湧く。
機会あれば、ぜひ他も試したいです。
