At our restaurant, you can enjoy fragrant grilled meat using Bincho charcoal! It is baked with seaweed salt, so you can enjoy the flavor of the ingredients. The recommended vegetables are specially cultivated vegetables purchased from Sanrizuka, Narita City, Chiba Prefecture. By slowly grilling our fish, you can enjoy the natural sweetness and flavor of the ingredients.In addition, we purchase carefully selected fresh fish directly from the market. The soup stock that is made every day is made with live flying fish (fish) that have been grilled over charcoal to lock in the flavor. By carefully drying it in the sun, we create a flavorful soup stock♪ Our special ``Ago Dashi Oden'' is a menu item that can be enjoyed all year round. We offer over 15 varieties, including the classics "Chikuwa" and "Egg", as well as seasonal items and "Camembert cheese", which is popular among women! In addition, we offer a variety of handmade dishes, so be sure to check them out.

Our store offers approximately 16 types of sake. We have a variety of seasonal brands ordered from all over the country in a variety of flavors, so please enjoy your favorite drink!
