北千住の路地裏にひっそりと佇むフランス料理店。
本当に目立たない。
地図を頼りに行っても、ちょっと迷う。
そんな隠れ家的な要素もあるお店。
店内はまったく気取らない雰囲気なので、普段着で気軽に来れそう。
（お店の雰囲気を壊さない範囲で、だが）
ビストロ的な要素も兼ね備えているが、内装は清潔感があり、客層も落ち着いている。
落ち着いた気持ちで美味しいフレンチをビストロ価格で、という感じで利用できると思う。
ディナーで訪問。単品で注文。
頂いたのは、
(1)「トマトファルシー、カニサラダ」
(2)「帆立貝のポアレ 海の幸のリゾーニ」
(3)「海の幸のゼリー」
(4)「ウズラのグリエ」
(5)「柑橘類とアイス」
それと、アミューズ、ワインを少々。
海鮮の料理(1)(2)(3)は、海鮮の魅力たっぷり。
海鮮そのものの質もいいんだけれども、
それ以上に味の落ち着かせ方や、他の食材との合わせ方が非常にいい。
皿としての一体感があるので、頂いていて幸せな気持ちになれる。
シェフの優しさなのかな、そういうのが垣間見れる気がする。
特に、そう思ったのが、(2)の「帆立貝のポアレ 海の幸のリゾーニ」。
帆立貝のポワレの料理って、帆立貝とその他の食材の味わいが分離してしまっていることが多いのだが、
この料理は帆立貝とその他の食材の味わいが馴染んでおりとてもよかった。
デセールの(5)「柑橘類とアイス」は、手作り感たっぷり。
フレンチのデセールというと甘いものが多いが、
これのようにサッパリしたものも選択できると非常に嬉しい。
いや～、上記料理とワインをグラスで計4杯で、会計は2人で確か1万円ちょっと。
お腹いっぱい食べて、ワインもそこそこ飲んで1人5,000円ちょっとというコストパフォーマンスの良さは特筆もの。
また、フレンドリーでハキハキした元気のある接客は、
フランス料理店に来ているという緊張感から開放させてくれるので、
肩肘張らずにリラックスした雰囲気で料理とワインを楽しめる。
まさに普段使いにぴったりのフランス料理店ではないかと思う。
