表現がいいのかわかりませんが、メインのお肉を食しながら思ったのは、老舗の洋食屋さんという印象です。
大阪のごめんねJIROを４倍（30,000／7500円）高級にした感じです。何か同じ匂いを感じましてそう表現させて頂きました。カウンターでしたので、ずっとシェフの手捌きを見させて頂けたのですが、ソムリエ兼務ギャルソンの方のお父さんなのかベテランそうな寡黙なシェフの無駄のない動きがとても印象的でした。
客が入ってほぼ満席の中で17:00スタート時から20分ぐらいただジーッと何もせずです…この余裕感に食べる前から酔いしれました。
少しからだの不自由さはすぐに察しましたが、それを微塵も感じさせない手捌きで、ただひたすらにこの日の５組10人分のコースを提供されていました。
その手際のよさはやはりJIROを思い出しました。今回はシェフのおまかせコース6,000円をチョイスしました。
アミューズはサーモンとカマンベールのカナッペ、前菜はバルサミコ酢を絡めて食すトマトファルシー（くり抜いたトマトにカニを詰めたもので）は程よい酸味とカニの風味がマッチしてとっても美味しい。このお店の代表料理のようです。
ドリンクはそれぞれボトルでシャンパーニュ（ロワイエ キュヴェ ド レゼルヴ ブリュット）7,000円と白ワイン（イタリア_ヴェネト州産アンセルミ サン・ヴィンチェンツォ2018）5,000円八朔のようなアロマで、この日のスズキとホタテのポアレバジルソースラタトューユを添えにぴったり。
肉のメインがパルマ産っと言ったと思いますが黒豚と佐賀牛のソテー。デザートにババロア（相方のデザートは失念）、コーヒーはエスプレッソと言った感じでした。
食後酒では滅多に飲まないものをあえてチョイス甘口シェリー（スペイン産バルデスピノ シェリー エルカンダド ペドロヒメネ）1,400円とマールのような甘口ワイン「ラタフィア」（エグリ・ウーリエ ラタフィア・ド・シャンパーニュ）1400円シャンパーニュ地方で極少量生産されている甘口ワイン。未発酵のブドウ果汁にマール（ぶどうの絞りカスの蒸留酒）を加えて造られるそうです。
コクのある甘み広がったあとにフィニッシュにかけて酸が軽やかに漂いました。これだけいただいて。ソムリエさんがすめるワインや食後酒の説明なども楽しく大変満足させて頂きました。
お会計は二人で税込サ500円×2込みで30,000円強でした。お料理もワインCPはべらぼうに高いです。びっくりです。
こういうお店は遅い時間はワインとアラカルト料理で頂けるのであればうれしい限りなのですが。
北千住の駅からも近くまた浅草からタクシーで2,000円弱なので浅草観光の方も射程範囲ではないでしょうか。楽しいお店でした。
