足立市場にある海鮮食堂です。
他にも海鮮を楽しめるお店はありますが、八戸らーめんが気になり入店しました♪
（平日8時過ぎの訪問。先客は4名ほどで、後客は1名でした。）
八戸らーめんミニ丼セット
八戸らーめんにミニ丼（まぐろ、ねぎとろ、まぐろユッケの中から1つ）が付きます。
3択の中、まぐろ丼を選びましたが、まぐろの赤身とねぎとろが付いておりお得な気分。
市場あるだけあって鮮度も良いですね(^^)/
後で調べてみましたが、八戸らーめんは、南部地鶏と白銀産の煮干で出汁を取った醤油味のスープと、地元の食材を使い、麺は手もみの縮れ麺が特徴とのこと。
食材の違いについては分からなかったですが、とてもシンプルな印象で、スープはあっさりとしています。麺は縮れ中細麺ですが、しっかりとした食感がありました～
海鮮とラーメンで満足できる朝食でした(^^)/
