細い路地にいつも気になる定食の看板。店名が書いてありません。たぶん階段を上った上にある『海の家』だと思われます。とりあえず上ってみましょう。
お店で尋ねるとやっぱりこちらの看板でした。店内は思ったより広いし、お客さんの姿もたくさんあります。
カレイの煮つけに惹かれて入店しましたが、カレイの煮付けは無いそうです。『銀鱈の煮付け』ならあるとのこと。それでは『銀鱈の煮付け』でお願いしましょう。定食はみんな500円。本当に銀鱈が500円で食べられるのかちょっと不安。
運ばれてきた銀鱈は、ちょっぴりスモールサイズ。大事に大事にご飯を振り分けていただきます。それにしてもコテコテの濃い味の煮付け。これはこれでいいですね。銀鱈少量でもご飯を消費できます。
500円でランチが食べられるので、次々に近所のサラリーマンや北千住の住人が木製の階段を上ってきます。
昼飲みしているお客さんも二組。平日の12時頃ですよ、さすが北千住のセンベロ界隈。ガテン系のお客さんも多数。喫煙可なので紫煙をくゆらせながら次々酒の肴を注文。ノンスモーカーの私にはちょっと厳しい環境。
居酒屋メニューもかなりリーズナブルなので利用しやすいお店なんでしょうね！
