I was in Kitasenju. Shitamachi Kappo Tomedate. This is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy carefully selected Japanese-style meal course meals at downtown prices. My old friend and I came to this restaurant, which requires reservations. First of all, thank you for the draft beer. There is only one course on the menu, so let's start right away (゜∀゜) First, we have the braised carp. Beneath the flavorful jelly, the soft carp meat, asparagus, and young corn have a nice texture. Namafu dengaku is made with rich red miso and fragrant walnut sauce (^o^) Nonoshi The cold dish is potato paste. The smooth Japanese vichyssoise has edamame and corn that give it a summer feel (o゜◇゜)ゝ The sashimi of the day was gurnard and horse mackerel with vinegar and white squid. The gurnard has a springy texture, and the mackerel has just the right amount of seasoning, so it goes well with beer (^O^). The fluffy batter of the duck tempura contains the soup stock, giving it a soft flavor. The akebi eggplant and winter melon were soaked in the soup stock, and they also had a summery feel to them ヽ(´▽`)/ The grilled dish was salt-grilled sea bream. The aromatic grilled Nodoguro is full of high-quality fat and will fill your mouth with happiness. Sudachi yokan, which is made by hardening grated daikon radish and sudachi with agar, is also a refreshing accompaniment (≧∇≦)/ The exquisitely pasteurized grilled duck has a nice elasticity. The black vinegar sauce brings out the flavor of the duck fat in a refreshing and creamy way (*゜▽゜)ノ Three types of rice rice have arrived. Fresh sea urchin, karasumi, and garlic are on top of rice with a soft garlic scent. The rich sea flavor of raw sea urchin leaves your mouth in bliss (σ≧▽≦)σ Finish with tomato noodles. Chilled somen noodles are mixed with the sour sauce of tomatoes and pickled plums. The green perilla goes well and refreshes the palate (^ω^) Thank you for the dessert. Mango, kiwi, and watermelon fruit on top of pink watermelon ice cream. I thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese-style meal course that felt like summer. I would like to come again in a different season o(^▽^)o
