A small Japanese restaurant located a short walk from Kitasenju Station. I made a reservation for a 9-course 7,000 yen course meal. The alcohol menu also includes recommended pairings with food. I didn't plan on drinking much, and it was a chilly day, so I asked for shochu mixed with hot water. The top batter and the second batter come first. This is followed by sashimi, bowl dishes, and pottery. The fried dish is a scallop Croquette, but it is eaten with Oyster paste. Both are delicious. The next dish, roasted duck, is served with a strawberry and wine sauce, but is also served with burdock root and Chocolate paste. Ankake rice with Kitayori shellfish is also something you don't often see. The last batter for number 9 is caramel ice cream. Although the cuisine is not flashy, you can enjoy the original and Creative Cuisine. Of course, the portions are elegant, so you won't be full. Thank you for the meal.
