北千住で仕事ついでのランチ
以前「キッチンエッグス」に訪問したとき
お店の前を通り気になっていたお店
平日13時近く、店内の埋まりは半分ぐらい
店内は、思ったより広くはないが天井が高く
明るい白い壁に、お洒落なパネルいっぱ～い
食べたかったお肉ランチが売り切れで残念

さっぱりドレッシング、暑い季節にピッたり

外はカリッと、中はモチモチ
小麦の香りがホワッ～と美味しい

表面には、とろ～りチーズたっぷり
バターの風味タップリのマッシュポテト
トマト、玉葱、人参と一緒に煮込んだ牛挽肉
とても滑らかで丁寧につくられている感じがする
美味しくて、この1.5倍ぐらい食べたかったな
パンに付けても美味しく2回お替り♪
