This is my favorite Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Kitasenju, where I have been developing the most restaurants. It's a popular restaurant that you can't get into without making a reservation, so I made a reservation early. It's next to the bar, but it's on the wrong side of the road, making the entrance very difficult to find. The inside of the store is quite crowded with people, but it has a very quaint atmosphere. This restaurant has so many fun menu items that I can't stop taking videos. And yet, it's so delicious! * Fresh matcha mix 748 yen Authentic tea mix from Kawamotoya Chaho, founded in the Meiji era. It all starts with the tea being made right in front of you. It was a bitter and delicious matcha dipping sauce. * Ganjang Sewjang (100 yen per fish) It's well marinated and more delicious than Korean Cuisine restaurants around here. * Morning-caught Miura fresh fish and shellfish smoked carpaccio 1,518 yen A bowl filled with smoke is brought to you, and the moment you open it is a sight to behold! It is well smoked and very delicious. * Oven-roasted Miura vegetables caught this morning - topped with special charred cheese - 968 yen Fresh grilled vegetables topped with simmering charred cheese right in front of you. There's no way it's not delicious! How many other chawanmushi, juicy fried corn, smoked potato salad, and gravy? Overflowing with shiitake mushrooms I was surprised at the high quality of each item. This is a shop you can be proud of if you know about it.
