偶然前を通りかかった『肉酒場ビストロ 男前』さん。気になったので入店してみました。店頭の煮込みハンバーグが美味しそうです。
でもメニューを見ると『男前！！牛カツ』がもっと気になります。注文したらもう終わってしまったとのこと。残念、次回にしましょう。
ということで『冬季限定！！ハラペコ煮込みハンバーグ （シングル100g） 980円』と『サラダセット 300円』お願いました。『ダブル200g』ではちょっと食べ過ぎになりそうなので、『シングル100g』にしました。
日曜のお昼ですが、皆さんビールやワイン片手に肉料理を頬張っています。若いお姉さんまで昼飲みです！北千住は本当に昼飲みする人がたくさんいて驚きます。私が長年住んでいた九州では想像できません。もしかしたら現在のトレンドなのかな？
こちらのお店は「ココチーノグループ店」と説明が貼ってありました。「地中海酒場ココチーノ」「肉酒場ビストロ男前」「南越 金バル」「イタリア居酒屋 カチャトラ」「バーグマン」「玄蕎麦しんがり」がグループ。埼玉方面が主戦場のようですね。
運ばれてきた100gのハンバーグはやや小さく見えます。デミグラスソースはたっぷり。ハンバーグの上にはふわっとしたクリームを眼の前で乗せてくれました。美味しそうです。
美味しい煮込みハンバーグ。サラダセットにしたのでサラダも十分いただけました。スープ付き。
「煮込みハンバーグ シングル100g」ではやはりボリューム不足でした。やっぱり「ダブル200g」にすれば良かった。もう見た目にも小さなハンバーグ。
デミグラスソースがとっても美味です。これならダブル200gペロッといけましたね。最近食べ過ぎなので控えましたがケチって後悔しました。
こちらは夜も良さそうです。次は「男前！！牛カツ」を食べたいな。
