Food ``Exquisite'' The ultimate Cow tongue with two-stage aging
A two-stage aging process in which beef tongue is delivered after a period of aging and is carefully soaked in secret cooking water. By selecting each part and carefully cutting into the thickly cut beef tongue, we create a unique texture that is a perfect balance of softness and chewiness. Cow tongue packed with flavor can also be enjoyed for lunch.

The interior of the store is a space for adults with a clean and calm atmosphere. The warm lighting and jazz background music will make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The tatami room is a private room with a sunken kotatsu where you can stretch your legs and relax. We have seats available depending on the number of people, such as a private room for ~4 people, a private room for ~8 people, a private room for ~12 people, and a private room for ~18 people. We also have a private table-type room that can accommodate up to 6 people. You can choose according to the usage scene.
Drink``Local Sake'' We have a large selection of carefully selected Japanese sake.
At our store, we always have around 20 types of sake available. All of the local sake carefully selected by the manager himself can be recommended with confidence. We also have many limited edition seasonal items, including Dassai. In addition, the restaurant's namesake, ``Sasagawa,'' is made with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice grown in-house and has an elegant taste. This is Japanese sake that is difficult to taste. We also have a ``today's sake tasting'' where you can try and compare three types of sake recommended by the manager.
