I went to a Cow tongue specialty store, which is a 2-minute walk from Kitasenju Station. We had the famous marbled Cow tongue and crab gratin. Cow tongue had a texture that melted in your mouth and was delicious, but it was a bit fatty so I felt satisfied after eating a small amount. The crab gratin had a shell shaped like a container, and it was delicious with the texture of macaroni and the flavor of crab. Thank you for the meal.
