素晴らしいBistro料理
口コミ通り、ワンオペ店。お若いシェフ…。こういうお店でアルコール無しをオーダーするのは失礼なので、白のスパークリングワインをお願いした。銘柄云々は基本全てシェフ任せ。ある意味楽であり、知識レスの筆者には有り難い。
注文は黒板をみて色々頼んだ。

①岩ガキ、激ウマ、1人2個はイケる
②オニグラはハーフポーション出来る。但し偶数人での来店なら
③生ハム群のフルーツ、メロン、パイナップル、西瓜、とチョイスできるが、シェフがチョイスするのでお任せが間違いない
④パテはかなりのボリューム
⑤サーモン、絶品、お試しあれ
⑥ホタテ…スペシャリティな逸品、付け合わせのラタトゥーユも絶妙
⑦チーズケーキ⭕️
次回もまた行きたいです。
