北千住駅西口から徒歩5分ぐらいのところにあるお店。土日休日のお昼すぎにやってきた。先客はなし。
店内は長めのカウンターと4人掛けが多めにあった。けっこう広い。音楽流れる。
注文したのは
唐揚げ定食800円。CAJYUシャーベット300円。（メニューには税抜と書いてあったが会計は税込だった）
シャーベットはたしか日向夏だったと思う。
良かった感想は
お店は広く使い勝手は良いと感じた。接客も接しやすい。
お水はほのかに柑橘系の香り。
お味噌汁はあおさが入り優しい味。ご飯は光り良い柔らかさだった。
定食にはポテサラときんぴらがついていた。
ポテサラは中に鶏肉か何か入っていた。
きんぴらは甘めの味。
唐揚げはジューシーさがあり衣にしっかり味がついていた。
シャーベットは果物の中にアイスが入ったもの。良い爽やかさがあった。上の香草とも合う。
思ったマイナス点は
きんぴらが少し水っぽかった。
唐揚げはもう少しでいいのでカラッと感が欲しいと感じた。ジューシーではあるのだが推されていてこれがくるとうーん…と感じる。
シャーベット少し食べづらい。
ごちそうさまでした。
