半蔵門線は来てないよ。押上までだから。
そんな北千住駅の東口は学園の街として
西口の雑多な雰囲気とは趣を異にする。
アダ初はアクさんに持っていかれたので
とりあえず料理のことだけを書いていこうか。
土曜日の夜に訪問すると
客は半分ほど。
ガラガラではなかった。
生ビールが安いので頼んでおこう。

卓上にコンロがあったのでもしかしたらと思ったら
どこかで見た湯豆腐やった。
スタッフが火をつけてくれたが超強火w
水なす刺身 450円
九州酒場に突如出現した大阪泉州の夏の美味。
生姜とともにいただいた。
甘味があるのと茄子の変な柔らかさがないので
中野の重鎮蔵さんでもイケると思う。
卓上にある醤油はちば醤油とな？
普通の関東の醤油やった。
とり天 429円
大分名物のとり天。
前回別府に行ったときは食べれなかった。
ジューシーで唐揚げとほぼ同じ感じ。
表面の焼き方が少し違う？

添えてある生姜とニンニク
赤身は生姜とともにいただくと甘味が増す感じ。
もちろんニンニクともアウアウ
カルビは噛み応えも十分。
醤油は鹿児島の甘いやつが提供された。
うんうん。馬刺しにはこれの方がええな。
花の香 桜花 858円
地元和水町の山田錦使用。
注ぎ方もユニーク。
そして何よりもふくよかでとても美味しい。
そしてしつこくないので最後まで美味しく飲める。
