最寄り駅は北千住駅西口が近いです。
マイレビさんの口コミを拝見し行きたいに登録していたので、土曜日の15時53分にお伺いしました。
お店に入り、すぐ右側にある券売機で、特製濃厚煮干蕎麦1250円と瓶ビール450円の食券を購入し、カウンター席に着き、店員さんに渡しました。
先客は男性3人です。
店員さんも男性3人です。
店内のBGMはアイドルの曲が流れていました。
席に着いてから3分程で、ハートランドの瓶ビールとおつまみに鶏チャーシューの細切りが来ました。
それから2分後に特製濃厚煮干蕎麦が来ました。
麺は細くてぱっつん食感です。
スープは煮干しがとても効いていて美味しかったです。
鶏チャーシューと豚チャーシューはどちらも低温調理されたしっとり食感です。
味玉は黄身が少し硬めです。
海苔と玉葱の微塵切りとネギの細切れがその他具です。
ごちそうさまでした。
