You can choose the amount of wine and Belgian beer MALHEUR. The smaller size is nice for people who want to drink a variety of drinks. I went out because I wanted to eat meat, so I ordered two dishes (they don't have names because they're not on the menu yet). Veal chops on the bone with white wine sauce and chrysanthemum sauce. Jerusalem artichoke paste under the meat. Wagyu beef herb sauce ragu pasta contains sweet oranges, which make the sauce mellow and impressive.
一時期、キッシュ屋をやろうかと考えるくらいキッシュ作りにはまってたことがあります。イタリアンのインストラクターコースの頃です。
家庭で食べるなら混ぜ混ぜしてやくだけですが、具を増やしてその水分とか火の通りのバランス考えて、火を入れ過ぎずゆる過ぎず仕上げるのはとても難しい。
でも、ここの料理人はいともたやすくそのハードルを超えてる感じで悔しくもあり羨ましくもあり。こんなにキチキチに具入れるか？(失敗せず)
季節の素材を大切にしてるお店なので秋はまた違うメニューになるんだろうけど。
何回食べたかなぁ。夏野菜バージョン。
ソースはスパイシー、周りに撒かれてるのいいお塩が、卵と野菜の自然な甘みを活かしてますよ。
その日の前菜盛り合わせに入ってることも。それは幸運。
