2024年4月にオープンしたばかりのお店。
当日の注文メニューは以下の通り。
・数量限定！名物エビカニ合戦
・極みユッケと雲丹のミルフィーユ
・サーモンいくらユッケスペシャル
・飲めるサーモン
・飲めるえんがわ
・とろける鰻バター
・揚げ納豆巻き
・やみつきほぼカニサラダ
・あおさ赤出汁
お箸がおみくじになっていて、なんと超大吉が出る引きの強さ(笑)
次回来店時にはドリンク1杯がサービスされるそうです。
メニューは海鮮が中心で、お寿司も一貫から注文可能で、価格も手頃です。
私の大好きないくらもお手頃でした。
お料理は、卓上でのちょっとした楽しいパフォーマンスがあり、
とろける鰻バターはたっぷりのバターを摺り下ろし、サーモンいくらユッケスペシャルでは、声援を送ると黄身がポロリと落ちる様子も楽しめました。
お寿司は赤酢を使用しており、シャリが小さめなので色々な種類を楽しむことができます。
また、飲み放題が3つのプランから選べ、プレミアムプランでは日本酒も楽しめます。
特に仙禽や鍋島などがあり、個人的にはプレミアムプランがおすすめです。
〆には、あおさの味噌汁、赤だしが心地よく、非常に満足しました。
訪れたのは日曜日の昼間で、予約も多く大変お店は賑わっていました。
次回、北千住で飲む際にはまた行きたいと思います。
