京成立石が最寄だが、幹線道路沿いで車が行きやすいところにあるうどん屋さん。安定した評価を受け続ける名店に初訪問。
外に15人ほど待っており、記帳した上でバラバラに待つスタイル。オペレーションが完成されており、かなり回転は早め。家族連れも多いイメージでした。
この日は寒かったのでぶっかけ豚、元気玉を熱々(温かい麺、温かい出汁)、ごぼう天で注文。注文すると5分くらいで着丼。もちもちの麺とコクの深い出汁が美味しいが、それ以上にトッピングの充実具合が半端ない。一杯で満足できるが他のメニューも食べてみたいので、絶対再訪します！
