平日の１８時に予約してお邪魔しました。
予約だけで満席だったみたいなので、予約必須かもしれません。
もつ煮は、あっさりしていて上品な味でした。
牛のえんがわのもつ鍋も、ポン酢をつけて食べるし...
塩つくね串が最高です。今まで食べたことのない弾力で、熱々の内に食べると肉汁が溢れてきます！また岩塩が付いてくるので、付けて食べるのがオススメです！！来店すると必ず2〜3本食べています^ ^
