JR常磐線亀有駅北口より徒歩約3分の路地裏にあるお店「Blueno Oriental Bistro」。
1月上旬のランチタイムに初めて訪れました。
メッチャお洒落な雰囲気の店内はカウンター席とテーブル席が全34席の広さ。
私は4人掛けテーブル席へと案内されました。
お店は丁寧な接客が好印象な男性お2人で切り盛りされておりました (^^)
卓上のランチメニューを拝見。
ランチメニューはタイ、シンガポール、ベトナムなどアジアなメニューが全6種。
その中からこの日はMonthly Lunchメニュー
「ミーゴレン」(1000円)
※生春巻きorランチサラダ、ドリンク付
サイドメニューの中から
「鶏の唐揚げ(2p)」(200円)
をオーダーしました。
「ミーゴレン」とはインドネシア、シンガポール、マレーシアでポピュラーな
「エスニック風焼きそば」の事です。
先ずは「鶏の唐揚げ」が運ばれてきました。
ゴロっとサイズの鶏からが2個。スパイシーな「サンバルソース(チリソース)」
に漬けていただきます。熱々ジューシーで美味しい鶏からでした。
続いて「ミーゴレン」が運ばれてきました。
ミーゴレンは甘いケチャップとサンバルソースで炒めた甘辛い焼きそばです。
具は半熟目玉焼き、挽肉、イカ、エビ、ピーマン、もやし、パクチーなど。
早速いただいてみました♪
うん、サンバルソースがやや多めでスパイシー！食が進むですね。
具沢山なので色んな食感が楽しいです (^^♪
ボリュームもあって満足なエスニックランチでした。
