仕事で綾瀬に滞在する事が決まった時に、初訪のエリアだったので夕食後どうしようかなー…と思って調べていた時に発見した焼肉屋。
あまり1人手焼き肉を食べる習慣はないんだけど、この日は焼き肉気分だったので…
どうやらここ綾瀬の地で肉卸をされているお店が運営されてるやきにくてんと言う事で、料金面でも味でも安心感あるなと思い決めたのが「せんりゅう」さん。
外観は綾瀬の街並みをフラフラしてみると気付きますが、ちょっとめずらしく高級感がある佇まいて目立ってますね。
店内も結構広さがあり、個室スタイルとテーブルもボックスシートっぽくなっていて、ソーシャルディスタンスに気遣のあるイメージ。
カルビ・ロース・ハラミが盛り合わせになった「味わい盛合わせ」をオーダー。
まぁまぁ空腹状態だったんで、白枚もついついオーダーしてしまった…
オーダーが入ると炭火をテーブルにセットしてくれます。
盛合わせはそれぞれの部位が3〜4枚あって、僕にとってはそこそこのボリューム感。
カルビは肉汁もジューシーで白米との愛称バッチリ！
でもこの位のボリュームが一番美味しいと感じながら食べれる…
ちょっと悲しいですね…昔はもっと食べれたのに！
ロースは焼き具合が1番気をつけたくなりますよねー。
タイミングをズラすとすぐな固めになってしまうので目が離せません(笑)
ハラミは逆に表面にすこし焦げ目が出来る位にしっかりと焼き上げ、途中から端に寄せて休ませながら中に火が通るように…
ハラミは歯応えもしっかりあって、噛めば噛むほど旨味が口の中にジワッと広がり、タレをたっぷりつけて白米をかっこみます！
肉卸だけあってクオリティとプライスのバランスはコスパも高かったですね！
